Our approach places a strong emphasis on parent involvement and the delivery of high-quality care. We firmly believe that a child’s progress hinges on these pivotal factors. Over the past three years since our company’s inception, we have expanded our services nationally, reaching over 100 families. Despite our growth, our core values remain unwavering, centered around our company culture of providing exceptional clinical care.

*Behavioral Therapist Responsibilities:*
* Conduct and implement 1:1 behavior support and ABA treatment as determined in the client’s treatment plan
* Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
* Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
* Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and clinical supervisors

*Behavioral Therapist Requirements:*
* High school degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, and/or Sociology)
* Prior experience in ABA therapy and/or working with special needs children is preferred
* Must be able to pass a CORI background check
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must be punctual, communicative, and reliable
* Must have an active RBT certification or complete the free online 40 hour training course prior to starting and take the exam within 1 month of employment
