FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours:40.00 Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7 am to 5pm Shift Details: Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: Implements and evaluates Froedtert Health compensation programs. Performs job evaluations and market pricing to establish appropriate pay level(s) based on compilation of both internal and external information. Analyzes pay practices and programs to determine market competitiveness. Ensures that compensation programs are in compliance with regulatory requirements. Partners with senior Consultants in consulting with HR leaders, Talent team members and operational leaders to review and provide guidance on base pay and promotional increase recommendations. Assists with compensation projects as directed. Other duties as assigned.Experience Description: 2 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation administration is required. Compensation experience in a health care environment is preferred. Education Description: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. In lieu of degree, an additional four years of Compensation experience may be considered. Special Skills Description: Possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work with leaders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Proven ability to be flexible in working on business projects while maintaining equity and integrity in our compensation practices. Solid skills in and knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word and Power Point. Ability to create and use formulas and pivot tables within Excel. Knowledge of legal and compliance issues related to compensation and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Advanced Excel skills.
