XL Delivery DriversXL Delivery Drivers operate commercial delivery vehicles to deliver packages up to 70 lbs. We are looking for dedicated individuals who value safety, are committed to exceptional customer service, and can manage the physical demands of handling large items while adhering to delivery schedules.ResponsibilitiesSafely and efficiently operate a cargo van or custom delivery vehicle following a pre-planned route to ensure all deliveries are made on time in accordance with prescribed delivery standards.Load, unload, and deliver packages up to 70 lbs using appropriate equipment and techniques.Maintain ongoing communication with the dispatch team, report any incidents or delays, and adjust routes as necessary.Follow all operating procedures and standards of quality and safety.Carry out vehicle inspections before and after routes to ensure that the delivery vehicle is in good working condition.Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service by handling all customer interactions with professionalism, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring a positive customer experience.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicleCompany DescriptionDXS Logistics LLC is an Amazon DSP looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver larger-than-life smiles across our community.QualificationsPrevious delivery experience strongly preferredStrong communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional serviceNavigation skills: Familiarity with GPS and navigation apps to efficiently navigate routes.Smartphone savvy: Utilize our delivery app & our phones to receive instructions, update delivery statuses, and communicate with customers.Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy lifting and loading/unloading of product.Ability to repetitively lift up to 70lbsAdditional InformationPay: Starting from $21.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingCompany truckDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offPaid trainingReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insurance
