We are hiring immediately.ResponsibilitiesOperate DOT regulated box trucks ranging from 16-26 feet.Assemble packages accurately and efficiently according to provided instructions and guidelines.Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customersLoad and unload products from the vehicle using appropriate equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucksEnsure accurate and timely delivery of products to designated locationsFollow delivery schedules and routes provided by the companyProvide excellent customer service by communicating with customers in a professional and friendly mannerBe customer obsessed Not only deliver packages but also smilesHandle any customer inquiries or concerns during the delivery processMaintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicleAdhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicleSafely load and deliver packages up to 300lbs with the assistance of a ride along Helper (Team Lift)Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive mannerCompany DescriptionDXS Logistics LLC is an Amazon DSP looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver larger-than-life smiles across our community.QualificationsMissouri residents class E licenseIllinois residents class C licensePrevious box truck experience preferredFamiliarity with commercial driving and DOT regulations and proceduresStrong communication skills to interact with customers and provide exceptional serviceNavigation Skills: Familiarity with GPS and navigation apps to efficiently navigate routesSmartphone Savvy: Utilize our delivery app & our phones to receive instructions, update delivery statuses, and communicate with customersPhysical stamina and strength to handle heavy lifting and loading/unloading of productAdditional InformationPay: Starting from $22.00 per hour401(k)Company truckFlexible schedulePaid trainingReferral program
