Qualified applicants will have excellent computer and communication skills, management experience, customer service experience, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to resolve conflicts and issues.Job duties include:Schedule and confirm appointmentsHire, train and manage team of 18 Call Center RepresentativesAnswer inbound calls and make outbound callsCustomer ServiceManage sales reps schedulesAchieve weekly and monthly quotasQualifications:Must have prior experience as a Call Center ManagerExemplary customer service skillsProficiency with technology and phone skillsHigh level of organizational skills and ability to manage a large team of call center agentsWe have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes a salary and bonus opportunities.
