There's nothing ordinary about a typical day here.We are a Jackson Healthcare company and we are now the second largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S., serving more than 7 million patients in over 1,400 healthcare facilities.POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Representative - Sales is responsible for increasing divisional growth by assisting Account Executives with business development by lead generation which entails contacting and qualifying active and passive prospective clients, using a screening process to assess their needs and viability and present to the respective Associate Account Executive and/or Account Executive. In addition, Account Representatives support divisional objectives by participating in and completing various assignments that lead to market research in key areas.Essential Functions and Basic Duties:Sales Lead Generation - 100%Generates recruiting leads for Associate Account Executives and/or Account Executives by contacting clients via telephone calls, e-mails, text messages and third-party site messagingReceives inbound calls and inquiries from new/prospective clientsUses Marketing Cloud and Distributed Marketing e-mail tools to source new client leadsContacts client facility leaders including but not limited to c-suite executives, medical directors and department heads to qualify them, sell our services, and inquire about needs for locum tenens coverageReviews external job boards to prospect new business opportunitiesUpdates and verifies pertinent information such as client contact name, job titles, contact information, staffing levels, and personnel needs for specialty departments in the company database informationContacts new clients upon registering on the LocumTenens.com website or affiliated site and educates them on our services, resources, and processesSubmits qualified opportunities for new business to the Associate Account Executive or Account Executive for the respective territoryIn partnership with the AAE and/or AE, develops and maintains new and existing client relationships Manages daily schedule of calls, meetings, and follow upsAchieves/exceeds daily and monthly activity goals and metrics as set by their manager; exceeds KPI production metrics measured by all communication activityKeeps management informed of area activities, significant issues, and changes in recruiting volumeSecondary Functions (If Applicable):May send appropriate targeted marketing materials to clients as neededMay serve as back-up to an Associate Account Executive and/or Account Executive as neededAssists Associate Account Executives, Account Executives and other production team members as neededMay work on special projects or other duties as assignedSupervisory/Budgetary/External Communication Responsibility:Communicates with external clientsQualifications Education, Work Experience, Certifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferredPrevious corporate experience preferred but not requiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all timesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsWorking knowledge of Salesforce or relative CRM systemsAbility to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced sales environmentStrong attention to detailStrong customer service mindsetStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independentlyStrong communication skills - both oral and writtenSolid critical thinking and creative problem-solving skillsAbility to negotiate and influenceAbility to research leads and potential business opportunitiesAbility to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentialityKey Competencies Required:Ensures AccountabilityAction OrientedManages AmbiguityManages ComplexityInterpersonal SavvyNimble LearningPersuadesBeing ResilientResourcefulnessDrives ResultsDemonstrates Self-AwarenessInstills TrustPhysical, Mental, Working Condition, and Travel Requirements:Typical office environment - sedentary with typing, writing, reading requirements.
