Production Technician

In this dynamic postion as a Bio-Rad Production Technician II, you will be in a lead role in Shipping and Receiving while providing other supportive roles for the lab and facilities.
How You‘ll Make An Impact:
- Ship and receive all materials according to Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO, and other regulatory requirements.
- Inventory management via SAP. Physical monitoring of materials inventoried outside of SAP.
- Coordinating and prioritizing Shipping and Receiving activities with Manufacturing, Research and Development, Quality Control and Quality Assurance departments.
- General Laboratory Maintenance (e.g. cleaning of working areas, washing dishes, inventory management.
- Preparation of medias and buffers for Manufacturing, Research and Development, Quality Control. Setup, maintenance, calibration, and repair of equipment.
What you Bring:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Associate degee preferred.
- College level courses and/or specialized training in the assigned technical discipline preferred.
- 3-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of quality systems, cGMP, and precedents, policies, and procedures in the specialty area.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $17.59 to $24.18 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
