Job Description:

As a Production Technician - 2nd Shift, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our production equipment, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and providing exceptional support to our manufacturing team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair equipment to prevent downtime and improve overall productivity
  • Troubleshoot issues with motors, pumps, gearboxes, and other machinery
  • Document and communicate equipment problems to facilitate quick resolutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize production processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills
  • Ability to read schematics and work within a CMMS system
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to lift up to 70 lbs

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $62,500 per year
  • Average hourly pay: $30.10 per hour
