**Job Opportunity: Senior FP&A Analyst**


**Role Overview:**

- Position: Senior FP&A Analyst

- Location: Glenview, IL (3x in-office per week)

- Reporting to: FP&A Director

- Compensation: $110k base salary + 10-25% bonus + 6% 401k match (flex depending on experience)


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze and communicate monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans

- Manage and review major financial drivers across the organization

- Develop and present complete financial statements and variance analyses

- Prepare reports for management and Board presentations

- Advocate for continuous system improvements to enhance reporting and planning processes

- Assist in the preparation and review of financial updates and policy changes


**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CPA preferred)

- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or accounting

- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements

- Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting software (SAP BPC/Oracle Smartview a plus)

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong communication skills and ability to work under deadlines
