Location: US/Canada – Hybrid ( Irving TX / Rutherford NJ / Toronto CANADA )

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Overview: We are seeking a hands-on IBM OpenPages Developer to join our growing team. You will focus on the implementation and configuration of IBM OpenPages software, supporting internal audit systems and broader risk and compliance management activities. This role involves understanding requirements, executing hands-on tasks, and supporting the development of business modules within the IBM OpenPages framework.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and Configuration: Develop and implement IBM OpenPages solutions based on clients’ GRC requirements.
  • Module Development: Assist in designing and developing business modules using IBM OpenPages GRC and related components.
  • Configuration: Configure IBM OpenPages using Task Focused UI, Workflow, schema, and security settings.
  • Custom Solutions: Create custom solutions and modules tailored to specific business needs under the guidance of our IBM OpenPages Architect.
  • Collaboration: Participate in customer meetings and technical planning discussions, contributing to the development of technical strategies and solutions.
  • Security Management: Work on profiles, groups, role templates, and security rules.
  • Data Management: Manage Core Data Model Spine objects and associations.
  • Support: Provide development, deployment, and post-go-live support for IBM OpenPages solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in implementing and configuring IBM OpenPages solutions.
  • Strong experience in IBM OpenPages configuration using Task Focused UI, Workflow, schema, and security.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, REST API, understanding of profiles and security rules.
  • Well-versed in Risk Management, Corporate Governance, and Data Asset Management.
  • Familiarity with standard SDLC and Agile processes.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a distributed team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
