Job Summary:

This person will serve as the executive assistant to a c-suite executive as well the board.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting presentations, preparations, event planning and other duties
  • Travel arrangements


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years strong Executive Admin experience supporting C-suite executives and board of directors
  • Experience maintaining confidential information and supporting different teams
  • Technically proficient in MS Office
  • Proven tenure and ability to manage several deadlines at once
  • Ability to work onsite 100%
