Location- Hybrid, Chicago, IL

Compensation- $120K-$145K


What you will be doing:

  • Manages all process engineering functions and activities of technical staff to maintain timely and complete processing of projects and daily problem-solving activities.
  • Establishes standard practices for process engineering activities, including problem solving and documentation.
  • Provide assistance to all departments with plant technical communication and technical support, as well as providing technicians with clear communication and training to improve process techniques.
  • Participate in the launch of new products and programs.
  • Work with Process Technicians to drive and facilitate process improvements.
  • Reduce scrap during color changes and material changes.


What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year College or university.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the plastics industry.
  • 3+ years processing experience in injection molding.
