Regional Preconstruction Director

The Regional Preconstruction Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of pre-construction activities, have expertise in project management, construction management software, and project scheduling to support the preconstruction phase of our projects.

- Process Optimization: Implement preconstruction systems and collaborate with executive operations.
- Strategic Direction: Lead preconstruction efforts for diverse high-profile projects.
- Executive Communication: Align regional department goals with senior management expectations.
- Team Development: Oversee recruitment, training, and goal-setting for key personnel.
- Data Management: Maintain and utilize historical data to refine preconstruction estimates.
