At the heart of this approach is the School Days Project: for every order Marcella sells, the brand supports 3 days of school for a marginalized girl around the world (with over 1 million school days supported globally so far).Role DescriptionThe Listings Co-Coordinator will be responsible for helping to manage and optimize the brands online sales channels, including our Shopify website, our soon-to-be-launched Shopify instances in other countries (i.e., U.K., Germany and France) and our marketplace/drop-shipping channels (i.e., Macys, Nordstrom, etc.). Reporting into both the companys Head of Retail Innovation and Senior eCommerce Manager, this role will focus on operational efficiency, as well as strategic planning and execution. The position is ideal for someone with meaningful experience in operating on Shopify websites who wants to regularly interact with an impassioned customer base and a dynamic global team involved in the making and marketing of womens apparel. Marcella has its principal offices in Northampton, MA and Europe (Bulgaria), with additional staff located in Boston and New York City.Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Management:Execute the launch of product listings on various company websites and various marketplaces.Manager the creation of product descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and sales (including SEO).Help ensure compliance with website and marketplace policies and best practices.Sales Optimization:Execute A/B testing to evaluate and refine strategies in partnership with the companys technical staff.Help execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, as well as oversee product launches.Sales Optimization:Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability, particularly as it related to promotions.Monitor inventory turnover rates and participate in strategic marketing planning.Help coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient operations.Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and refine strategies in partnership with the companys technical staff.Data Analysis & Reporting:Collect and analyze data from various Ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.Create detailed reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends.Provide actionable insights to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.Collaboration:Work closely within the marketing team and in partnership with product teams to align Ecommerce strategies with overall business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and projects.Build relationships and work closely with both US and Europe-based co-workers at all levels of the organization.Competitive Analysis:Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.Benchmark our performance against key competitors and recommend strategies to stay ahead.Key RequirementsBachelors degree inbusiness, marketing, merchandizing, or a related field.No less than 5 years as a Shopify Ecommerce Manager or similar role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Aptitude to learn quickly and operate new software and other technologyAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in a fast-paced environment, based on limited information;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills.Proficiency in marketplace/dropshipping platforms (Mirakl, CommerceHub etc.) is a plus.Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.Motivation to work with a longer-term commitment within a dynamically growing family-owned company.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based bonus.Health and dental insurance.401k with employer match.Employee discounts on Marcella products.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.If you meet the conditions listed here and the position is of interest, please send your current resume and we would be delighted to meet youThank you for your time and consideration.
