Clinical Therapist

Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in Danville, CA Our company provides the highest caliber of outpatient treatment to adolescents struggling with addiction and/or mental illness. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about working with adolescents to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate is flexible, dedicated, knows how to take initiative, maintains appropriate boundaries, and stays calm in stressful situations. A considerable amount of training will be provided, and you will have the support of your team-members. This position is challenging yet rewarding as our staff have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of teens and their families.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11am to 7pm and Friday 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
- Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
- Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups
- Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
- Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
- Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator

Requirements:
Licensed as a LMFT/LPCC/LCSW in CA or Associates with AMFT/ACSW/APCC in CA.
Experience with DBT or a willingness to learn
Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check
Exceptional clinical judgment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
