Vice President of Sales - West CoastSuvoda is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales based in the United States' West Coast to lead and expand our sales organization. Reporting directly to the EVP of Global Sales, this senior leader will play a critical role in shaping strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a high-performing team of account executives. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a track record of exceeding quotas, developing strong customer relationships, and mentoring top-performing teams.Responsibilities:Recruiting, hiring, and building a team of account executives while providing strategic direction for the sales teamExceed Regional Sales Team's annual quotaWork closely with EVP, Global Sales and CCO to develop sales strategyWork closely with Marketing leaders to assist in refining key messaging to customers and prospectsManage the assignment of resources to industry trade-shows and conferencesManage Account Executives and Sales Directors through the sales process, from the identification of a new opportunity through the proposal, award, negotiation of price and contract terms, and deal closeDrive the governance process with assigned strategic accounts, working with services management and the executive team as neededAttend conferences and other industry events, representing the Suvoda brand, and identifying new opportunitiesCollect competitive intelligence, and provide information to managementPerform other related duties as requiredRequirements:Bachelor's degree requiredAt least 10 years of software sales experience with a proven track record of successAt least five years of sales management experience in software sales, with eClinical software experience preferredStrong negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skillsInterpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsLeadership and people management experience strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to lead a global sales team and successfully achieve sales targetsAbility to apply strategic and analytical thinking skills in developing sales plansAmbition, self-motivation, and a high level of energyTime management and organizational skillsAnalytical thinking abilityCreative problem-solving abilityWritten and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailWe are aware that an individual(s) are fraudulently representing themselves as Suvoda recruiters and/or hiring managers.
