divh2Construction Surveillance Technician (CST)/h2pCape Fox Facilities Services is seeking an experienced Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) to support a new opportunity. Responsibilities include:/pulliMonitor the activities of all personnel on the Secure Construction Site (SCS) at all times/liliDocument activities of personnel on the SCS/liliDocument all security incidents on the SCS/liliPerform in-depth inspection of construction materials, tools, and equipment prior to and after their use/installation ensuring all items are free of tampering and identifying all anomalies/liliInspections will include the use of specialized equipment including the Non-Linear Junction Detector, Spectrum Analyzer, and Portable X-Ray machine/liliUtilize Technical Security Counter Measure equipment to screen equipment and materials/liliIdentify anomalies and variances in construction work against the official project construction plans/liliPerform close-in/Seal-in inspections in accordance with the CSP, SSM, and SSC Direction/liliPerform access control functions including personnel and bag searches/liliCarry out opening and closing procedures of the SCS each day as directed by the SSM/liliOperations may include 24/7/365 operations/li/ulpTravel Requirements 0 - 10%/ppSalary Grade Job Requirements/pulliActive TS/SCI Clearance/liliMinimum of five (5) years of construction experience or equivalent experience such as security experience.
