Our client, based in Wellesley, Massachusetts, is an agile and innovative global ice cream and frozen fruit company with an operational and commercial footprint in North America, Australasia and the Middle East. The company pioneered the “sorbet in natural fruit shells” segment with the launch of their signature sorbet brand and is the global leader with an estimated 80% share of this segment worldwide. Privately-owned, the company is in the process of preparing for a major global expansion, with a particular emphasis on omni-channel expansion in the US. Reporting to the CEO, the Marketing Director will lead global expansion of the business into US grocery and natural channels. Tenure in brand marketing, with large and small CPG company experience, is REQUIRED; frozen food category a plus.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead global expansion, particularly in US omni-channels
  • Lead/manage all marketing activity required to bring new strategy to life
  • Deliver brand essence (style guide, positioning), social/web, website overhaul, Amazon strategy, communications (PR/Influencer, have agency), sales collateral, etc.
