Specializing in both ground-up construction and renovations, our client is renowned for delivering high-quality projects in the office, retail/restaurant, and automotive sectors. With project values ranging from $1.5 million to $5 million, this contractor has built a solid reputation for excellence, and due to increased project demand, they are expanding their team.


Position Overview:


As a Project Manager, you will immediately inherit three new projects, giving you the opportunity to hit the ground running. You will oversee all aspects of project management, from inception to completion, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects, focusing on offices, retail/restaurants, and automotive builds.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and quality control to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and project goals.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any challenges that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, particularly in office, retail, or automotive projects.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in both ground-up construction and renovation projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets and ensure financial performance of projects.
