Executes standard operational/ technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support site metrology priorities
  • Help to incorporate and proliferate metrology best practices and standards
  • Design inspection programs for additive hardware
  • Transition programs to outside sources
  • Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification.
  • Coordinate with design engineers and manufacturing engineers in aligning additive drawing requirements with NDT technologies, inspection capabilities, and process capability.
  • Ability to assess processes, take measurements, interpret data, and document results
  • Effectively communicate project outcomes to senior leadership
  • Participate in projects intended to design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
  • Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve technology and processes related to additive inspection and NDT.
  • Develop and audit process specific work instructions.
  • Provide process documentation and operating instructions


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience)
