Responsibilities:
- UX Design: Guide the UX design process for cross-platform and cross-device applications, from ideation to execution.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles, accessibility, and best practices within the design team and across the organization
- User Research: Partner with our Research team using various methods to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and pain points. Use these findings to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Information Architecture: Develop and refine information architecture and user flows to ensure seamless navigation and efficient interactions.
- Interaction Design: Design intuitive and delightful interactions and micro-interactions that provide users with feedback and guide them through their experience.
