Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud networking solutions including DNS, Front Door, Traffic Manager, and VNET.
  • Ensure robust cloud security by utilizing Microsoft Entra, Managed Identities, Service Principles, and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
  • Develop and maintain compute platforms using Service Fabric and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Manage and optimize storage technologies such as Cosmos DB (SQL), SQL Server, and Azure Storage.
  • Create and maintain build and deployment pipelines using YAML and Azure DevOps (ADO) tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cloud networking, security, compute platforms, storage technologies, and build/deployment processes.
  • Strong knowledge of DNS, Front Door, Traffic Manager, VNET, Microsoft Entra, Managed Identities, Service Principles, AAD, Service Fabric, AKS, Cosmos DB (SQL), SQL Server, and Azure Storage.
  • Hands-on experience with YAML and Azure DevOps (ADO) tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud technologies are a plus.
  • Experience with Fairfax/Government Cloud is a must-have, as the team manages infrastructure and FHIR services within Fairfax, and you will be responsible for providing live site support as part of the scope of work.
