RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Support Sales and coordinate internally with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to develop and execute end-to-end retailer activities from meeting preparation, through execution, to follow-up.

• Interface externally to build strong relationships with sales rep groups and customers for effective implementation of various instore, eComm, and other retail related activations.

• Complete customer item set-up sheets and new account paperwork as directed utilizing product information stored in Salsify Content Management System.

• Prepare sales presentations, arrange/coordinate delivery of samples for major account meetings as well as other administrative support.

• Assist with the development of any sales related collateral for trade shows and quarterly sales communications to sales rep groups.

• Monitor and analyze competitive retail activities including price, promotion, new products, and merchandising tactics through the execution of retail audits, store walks, website audits, and reporting. • Support ongoing development and execution of sales processes/procedures.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:


• Proficient using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Strong project management skills (detail oriented) with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.

• Enjoys working in a small company setting with a fast-paced growth environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:


• Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years related experience in assisting a sales team for a consumer products company – internships considered

• Experience working with retailer and company new item set-up platforms such as Salsify a plus.
