divh2FAST Labs Campaign Director/h2pThe FAST Labs Campaign Director will lead the shift to mission-focused campaigns in the FAST Labs Business Area in the BAE Systems Electronic Systems Sector, reporting directly to the Vice President/General Manager of FAST Labs. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a shift to mission-focused campaigns across the FAST Labs business area. The Campaign Director will have responsibility for coordinating the work of product-line based campaign leads spanning multiple locations in Burlington, MA, Merrimack, NH, Arlington, VA, Reston VA, Austin, TX and Durham, NC. Specific job responsibilities include the following:/pulliLead the shaping and communication of mission campaigns./liliPartner with internal ES Mission Integration Cell and FL Mission Assessments (MA) teams to help define descriptions of current and future threats, as well as current and projected future Blue force design and strategy. Develop strategic Red/Blue architectures in terms understandable to technologists./liliSupport MA on defining key analytical tasks to help identify technology needs. Guide design of experiments for sensitivity analysis to define technology needs./liliDevelop and execute a plan to communicate strategic architecture and threat to technologists. Develop an education and training approach to put operational trends, needs, and limitations in terms relevant to technology development and fielding./liliProvide insights into the complexities of employing and sustaining new technologies in an operational setting. Educate program teams of higher-maturity capabilities on these realities and help them develop their own campaigns to lead to fieldable programs of record./liliPossess a deep understanding of the government acquisition system and communicate this to program teams. Leverage this insight to help program teams develop new business models to transition and mature their capabilities faster and more adaptively. Help teams find interim government customers to support development of these business models and other transition experiment, bridging the gap between ST and a traditional PEO./liliDevelop and foster an entrepreneurial mindset throughout the organization for developing and executing strategies to rapidly and consistently develop impactful technologies and products and getting those technologies and products across the valley of death./liliDevelop the approach and skills needed for strategic operational architecting, the art of converting operational problems into a mesh of inter-connected technical capability solutions. Develop the training methods to teach this type of thinking to FL scientists and engineers./liliDevelop a cadre of strategic operational architects, the key contacts within Product Lines who will execute mission campaigns for their programs. Train and develop them for campaign thinking and build them into an integrated team. Lead and encourage campaign collaboration across Tech Areas and Product Lines to facilitate integrated mission campaign development and execution. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
