Responsibilities include:
- Oversee all activities of trade support as it relates to allocations, trade processing, settlement and other
- Monitor all cash positions
- Lead month-end valuation coordination with independent third-parties
- Maintain a regular understanding of the primary pipeline of pending deals and manage priorities such as allocations, sources of liquidity, and other critical pre-close information
- Oversee various credit facilities - borrowing bases and borrowing requests
- Ad-hoc performance requests for specific investments, accounts, or strategies
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies through process reengineering or technological solutions
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ yrs structured credit experience in operations for an asset manager, fund, administrator
