Data Governance Analyst

We are seeking a Data Governance Analyst to drive the development and implementation of a robust data governance framework across our organization. This role will partner closely with business teams to ensure data accuracy, observability, and usability while enabling scalable analytics and future AI initiatives. • Develop and implement a robust data governance framework to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across the organization. • Partner with business teams to define and monitor KPIs and data quality metrics, enabling trusted analytics and decision-making. • Establish and maintain data quality rules, observability dashboards, and retention policies to support regulatory and business requirements. • Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to integrate governance practices into pipelines and BI solutions. • Manage data cataloging efforts, ensuring metadata completeness, lineage tracking, and discoverability for all critical datasets. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for data reliability and usability, supporting scalable analytics and future AI/ML projects. • Act as a subject matter expert for governance standards, providing guidance and training to stakeholders.
