Sales SpecialistKitchen Tune-Up Tempe Ahwatukee is seeking a motivated, client-focused Sales Specialist to join our growing remodeling franchise. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on relationship building, project guidance, and helping homeowners transform their spaces.This is a high-autonomy, commission-only role with strong earning potential, flexible scheduling, and the option to work with multiple local Kitchen Tune-Up franchises for expanded income opportunities.Position Overview: The Sales Specialist serves as the primary client consultant throughout the sales cyclemanaging incoming leads, guiding homeowners through design decisions, and delivering a seamless customer experience from the first conversation to project hand-off. You will represent the Kitchen Tune-Up brand with professionalism, confidence, and a solutions-oriented mindset.Comprehensive training on the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process is provided.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and sales manager and follow instructions for the sales process.Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.Qualifications:High attention to detailComputer and smartphone proficientHighly motivated and dependable with a strong work ethicSocial media savvy: Knowledge of maintaining a Facebook business page and responding to Facebook messages preferred but not required.Optimistic and enthusiastic with a friendly personality.Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Professional appearance and demeanor suitable to working in clients' homes.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Compensation and Schedule:Commission-only position with strong earning potential based on performance.Flexible scheduleideal for candidates who want autonomy or supplemental income.Opportunity to engage with other nearby Kitchen Tune-Up franchises for expanded project volume.Benefits are not currently provided; future discussions may occur as the business grows.Do you take pride in your work and want to be part of a growing local company that values your skills?
