Business Management Vice PresidentJoin our Business Management team and play a pivotal role in enhancing business performance by leading strategic initiatives and serving as a trusted advisor to Business and Group Heads. As a Business Management Vice President within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will be responsible for overseeing financial performance reporting across business units and client relationship management teams, driving budget processes, facilitating leadership reviews, and managing executive ad-hoc requests. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on business outcomes while collaborating closely with senior leaders across the organization.Job Responsibilities:Lead business unit financial performance reporting, drive annual planning initiatives, and ensure strategic alignment with organizational objectives.Manage and deliver key workstreams including pipeline data analysis, month-end results, business townhall materials, and executive reviews.Deliver prompt and effective responses to executive ad-hoc requests, oversee project management, develop impactful presentations, and conduct comprehensive business analysis.Organize and present complex information strategically, demonstrating advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and creating wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.Communicate effectively with senior business partners and stakeholders to understand project objectives, drive next steps, and ensure alignment across teams.Identify and assess key business risks, proactively leading analysis to develop actionable solutions and recommendations.Leverage Alteryx and other automation tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.Champion collaborative initiatives to simplify, improve, and add value to business processes across the organization.Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area.Prior experience in Business Management or COO role.Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reporting.Demonstrated ability to deal with different stakeholder groups and drive the agenda.Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.Ability to articulate and demonstrate thoughtful rationale in design decisions.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables).Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong time management and prioritization skills.Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:Knowledge of Alteryx.JPMorgan Chase & Co. offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set and location.
