Job Description This position is onsite in Pleasanton, CA - Remote is not an option. Join Oracle Analytics as we empower customers worldwide to uncover profound insights into their businesses. With our Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) platform, comprising advanced analytics, prebuilt AI models, and a robust data warehouse, we help organizations turn data into actionable strategies. As part of the FDI Pipeline Data Model team, you will play a crucial role in defining the application development language and creating analytic data models for various sources including Fusion, NetSuite, and Salesforce. This is an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills in data processing, AI-driven development, and collaborate on innovative projects. Responsibilities You will: Learn from senior engineers to translate business processes into effective data model designs. Build, test, and maintain scalable data models and pipelines. Collaborate with QA to ensure data accuracy and address any issues. Troubleshoot and resolve routine data or performance issues with team support. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for team and customer reference. Engage in automation, language processing, and user interface projects within the Pipeline team. Stay curious and continuously learn about the latest tools, technologies, and approaches in data engineering and AI. Qualifications: You have: A BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience delivering data products, pipelines, or software/data engineering solutions. Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, Scala, Java, and SQL. Experience with cloud databases, data modeling concepts, ETL processes, and at least one public cloud platform. Solid understanding of data management and software design principles. Proven analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both verbal and written form. An interest in data science, machine learning, or AI-driven development is a plus. A proactive attitude towards learning about business processes, data semantics, and modern data stacks. A positive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute innovative ideas in an inclusive team culture. This position is onsite in Pleasanton, CA - Remote is not an option. Disclaimer: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable health mandates. Compensation: Range in USD from: $79,200 to $178,100 per annum.
