Day PorterWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Day Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients throughout the day. This role is crucial in upholding our reputation for exceptional service and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and in good working order.Respond promptly to client requests and address any immediate cleaning needs.Monitor and maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.Restock cleaning supplies and report any inventory needs to the supervisor.Assist with setting up and breaking down for events and meetings as needed.Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention.Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with the supervisor and other team members to ensure seamless operations.Qualifications:Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 30 pounds.Benefits:Competitive hourly wageFlexible scheduleComprehensive training and development opportunitiesFriendly and supportive work environmentOpportunities for advancement within the company
