Job Summary:

The Float Pool RN will be responsible for providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will serve as the patient and family advocate, facilitate patient care by making nursing assessments and diagnoses, and develop care plans with a commitment to continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • 1 year of recent (within the last 2 years) Med-Surg acute care RN experience required
  • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of Florida or appropriate compact licensure
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • AHCA Level 2 background screen and fingerprinting required

Position Details:

Shifts Available:

  • Days: 7 AM - 7 PM (Rotating weekends)
  • Nights: 7 PM - 7 AM (Rotating weekends)


  • Flexible Floating: Must be flexible on floating to multiple units
  • Sign-On Bonus
  • Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
  • Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnoses
