The role :


Right now, we’re on the hunt for an Associate Creative Director who packs a punch with their creative toolkit. We’re talking a jack-of-all-trades, ready to dive into our pool of innovation and make some waves. Join us, and let’s redefine what’s possible together.


The Associate Creative Director is responsible for the planning of both the visual aspects of advertisements and content as well as the copy and messaging across a campaign, focused on digital and social media initiatives, as well as OHH and BTL. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, as well as collaborating with team members from junior level to executive level. This person should display a desire to create breakthrough original work that is relevant, resonating, and remembered, regardless of assignment. The role reports to our owner and Executive Creative Director.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Generate clear ideas and concepts based on brand briefs that align with client objectives while pushing the boundaries with fresh ideas.

• Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas.

• Work collaboratively with the Executive Creative Director, Production Manager, and various creatives from photo, video, design, and post teams to see the ideas come to life for both digital, print, and OHH needs.

• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.

• Cooperate with the rest of the creative team and project managers across different types of projects and creative needs.

• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.

• Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and creatives and provide directions.

• Present completed ideas to internal teams and clients

• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.


REQUIREMENTS:


• Relevant education and ideally 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency environment.

• Proven conceptual experience as a Creative or Art Director.

• Hands-on experience with OHH digital, social media, animation, and production.

• Proficient use of Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, and other visual design tools.

• Digital display (static & animated) experience required; HTML experience a plus.

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. Beverage and Social Media specific a plus.

• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.

• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.

• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background.
