Project Manager - Data Center Construction
We are supporting a General Contractor delivering large-scale data center projects across Georgia and are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to the team.
This role will be responsible for managing mission-critical data center construction from preconstruction through delivery, with a strong focus on MEP coordination, cost control, and schedule execution.
Key responsibilities:
Managing GC-side delivery of data center projects
Owning project financials, forecasting, and change management
Coordinating MEP trades and critical systems scope
Working closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and owners
Driving schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction
Requirements:
Experience working for a General Contractor
Experience working on Data Centers
Strong understanding of MEP-driven construction
Comfortable operating in fast-track, high-spec environments
