We have an exciting opportunity as an Operations Coordinator for an outstanding company in the San Diego area. In this role you will support and work closely with a very dynamic team. This position is a Temp to Hire opportunity to start immediately. If you have strong Administrative experience in the Building Services or Property Management industry this could be the opportunity for you


Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00 an hour


Responsibilities:

  • Project Set Ups in multiple software systems
  • Scheduling and dispatching of work crews.
  • Weekly review and approval of invoices.
  • Setting up new accounts.
  • Work closely with customers and clients.
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new crew members.
  • Maintaining crew performance evaluations.
  • Assisting the Field Supervisor with oversight of daily operations.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in administrative position.
  • Experience scheduling and handling coordination of projects a plus.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Monday.com a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience in building services or property management industry preferred.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
