Greene Resources is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team


Job Description:

  • Ensure a safe work environment exceeding OSHA and corporate policies
  • Maintain and oversee policies and programs with Plant and Operations Managers
  • Ensure machines and production equipment function to specifications
  • Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance for safe equipment operation
  • Coordinate vendor services for maintenance and upgrades of machinery and facilities
  • Develop preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and metrics
  • Write operating instructions and provide worker training for safety and procedures
  • Identify cost-effective repair and maintenance methods
  • Evaluate and recommend procedural or equipment changes
  • Maintain maintenance spare parts inventory and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings


Position Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software programs, EPR, and inventory systems a plus
  • A self-starter able to work alone with limited supervision
  • Effective written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and departments
  • Ability to lift and/or carry a minimum of 50lbs
  • Must be able to work in hot and/or cold weather conditions outside and in an open warehouse area
  • Knowledge of all Federal, State, and local health, safety, and environmental regulations
