As our Program Planner, you will support the Program Planning organization through providing functional support of Life Extension 2 (LE2) Program in support of program execution planning activities. To be successful, you must have a strong background in program planning as it relates to the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and its alignment with industry standards for program performance management compliance.Summary of Key Duties: In this role, you willBe responsible for updating an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and creating future fiscal year Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)Ensure EIA-748 guidelines are followed regarding scheduleActively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by regularly coordinating with the cost team, CAM, and technical teamUpdate the schedule monthly and ensure data analysis is completed and provided to managementOur level 3 employees typically have 5-10 years of experience.Basic Qualifications:Experience with planning/scheduling tools including cost-schedule integrationPlanning/scheduling experience on programs requiring EVMSExperience developing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a Secret government security clearanceDesired Skills:Active Secret security clearanceMicrosoft Project or Open Plan Professional experienceStrong influencing and relationship management skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of an integrated teamAbility to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplinesStrong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and qualityExperience with Milestones Pro, OnePager ProSome experience with Data Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillanceTo promote the sharing of ideas, Lockheed Martin encourages big-picture thinking. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday offPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
