Associate Residency Program Director

Help propel Family Medicine education and care at Swedish First Hill Campus - one of the most innovative and technologically advanced medical facilities in the Pacific Northwest - as an Associate Program Director. This is a great opportunity to inspire an assortment of learners by mentoring and training residents to become future trail blazers in Family Medicine. The role also includes serving a socioeconomically and culturally diverse patient population through inpatient and outpatient care. Work with an esteemed group of results-driven physicians and academics while also assuming an amount of autonomy that comes with the position. - Full-time position; .2 FTE Clinical and .8 FTE Faculty
- Full spectrum Primary Care
- 11-11-11 residents
- 3 clinical sites
- Inpatient/outpatient care
- Compensation is between $219,596 and $311,799 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
Where You'll Work
Swedish Medical Center's First Hill campus is a 697-bed, general medical and surgical hospital in downtown Seattle. The largest of Swedish's five hospitals, First Hill is considered the main Swedish campus. In addition to the hospital and emergency department, the campus is home to the Swedish Cancer Institute and the Swedish Orthopedic Institute. The hospital provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including the area's largest childbirth center, NICU and specialty pediatric care.
