Service Coordinator

Our customer is one of the leading industrial HVAC service and controls companies in the southeastern United States, growing rapidly and seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join the team. In this role you will collaborate closely with customers, the Sales team, and the Service Department. Managing customer requests, coordination of documentation/notifications with the Service Department are all goals in ensuring client satisfaction.


SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, some overtime may be required

LOCATION:

Raleigh, NC; Onsite position, no remote work available at this time


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Frequent customer communication, as liaison with the Service Department.

Relationship building - with commitment to credibility and trust.

Utilize "North Boundary" to provide account status and activity on customers via “CASES”.

Internal operations and administrative staff communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate all activities with relevant department managers.

Maintain active log and process of existing service contracts, monthly billings, and purchase orders to assist management in revenue forecasting.

Orders parts and renews contracts

Job setup/scheduling/technician time tracking via COINS.

Past-due invoice reconciliation and communication regarding accounts receivable.

Administrative duties as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (preferred):

At least 5 years of experience in HVAC Service.

4-year College Degree.

Strong Excel, Microsoft Office skills.

Experience with CRM/sales software.

Familiarity with Building Automation Controls.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIAL SKILLS:

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to write reports and business correspondence

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to collect data and interpret data

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
