My client, one of the leading MEP contractors in DFW, is looking for an Electrical Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to manage large scale projects for a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial and transportation companies.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead electrical construction projects with electrical package values exceeding $100 million.
  • Lead a team of skilled electricians and subcontractors, ensuring top-quality electrical installations meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders like clients, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project flow.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules for complex electrical systems.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely completion.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risk factors, implementing proactive solutions.
  • Maintain strict adherence to electrical codes and project specifications.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed.


Requirements:


  • Either 5+ years as an Assistant Electrical Project Manager or 2+ years as an Electrical PM.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale electrical construction projects (ideally with package values exceeding $20 million).
  • In-depth understanding of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Commitment to safety.
