Assistant Store ManagerWill work between multiple stores in the district. Compensation Starting Pay Range: $21.97-$25.00 HourlyThe Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations, under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager. This role ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards and consistently delivers operational excellence. The Assistant Managers are accountable for building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process, and managing customer accounts.Extra Space Storage is the largest self storage company in the United States by store count, with over 4,000 stores nationwide.
