Our corporate headquarters are in Dublin, Ireland.Experian is looking for a strategic and technical Director of AI Marketing Analytics to lead innovation in data-driven marketing strategies across the consumer lending lifecycle. You will report to the VP of Analytics Consulting and help build the development and deployment of advanced AI solutionsincluding agentic intelligenceto optimize marketing performance, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth. You will bring expertise in consumer credit data, marketing analytics, and machine learning along with experience managing teams and delivering measurable growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven marketing analytics solutions across the consumer credit lifecycle (prospecting, acquisition, portfolio management).Hands-on building and iteration on agentic AI solutions using coding languages and packages, contributing directly to the development of intelligent agents for marketing decision-making and optimization.Champion the use of agentic AI intelligence to enhance campaign targeting, personalization, and optimization.Drive the development of new analytical products and services, using Big Data platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.Be a subject matter expert on credit bureau data, marketing attribution, and predictive modeling in consumer lending.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and learning.Collaborate with partners across Marketing, Product, and Technology to align analytics projects with strategic goals.Oversee the deployment and monitoring of machine learning models in production environments, ensuring performance, compliance, and scalability.Present insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior leadership and external clients.Translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions, balancing innovation with operational feasibility.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related field.Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics within consumer lending or financial services.Hands-on expertise in building agentic AI systems, with practical experience applying these techniques to real-world marketing analytics or consumer lending use cases.Advanced proficiency in Python, Spark, and modern AI agent frameworks with a portfolio of implemented agent-based solutions.8+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with 2 years in a leadership role.Benefits/Perks:Great compensation package and bonus plan.Core benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K.Flexible work environment, ability to work remote, hybrid or in-office.Flexible time off including volunteer time off, vacation, sick and 12-paid holidays.Explore all our exciting benefits here: https://yourexperianbenefits.com/cand-index.htmlAt Experian, our people and culture set us apart. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
