This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, product placement, and business intelligence collaboration within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating line reviews, communicating with customers, and driving sales optimization initiatives.Primary DutiesAssist Category Manager & Sales with execution of front room line reviews including: Building POGs, creating internal/external PPTs, presenting to the customer, and follow up activities post closeAssist in building quarterly Gap/Rocket recommendations at SKU level with guidance from BIOptimize sales by assisting in introducing new products and creating initial stocking suggestions for new items via collaboration with BIWorks with Advance to get all approved part numbers setupFacilitate monthly communication with customers on Hero Sku's to achieve business goalsLead team in competitive retail analysisOrganize and analyze performance metrics with BI terminating in quarterly KPI reportsRun Weekly Internal and External account MeetingsOther duties as assignedQualificationsPhysical Requirement: Capability to lift 20 poundsWorking Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reach, swivel, carry items from one building to another, and speak and actively listen.
