HR Generalist OpportunityAre you an experienced HR Generalist looking for your next opportunity? Our team is seeking a talented HR professional to join our organization on a contract-to-hire basis. In this dynamic role, you will support various human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and more.Key Responsibilities:Act as a point of contact for employee questions and HR-related issues.Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and new-hire documentation.Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment.Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Manage employee records and HRIS data entry.Support the performance management process and employee development initiatives.Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement efforts as needed.Details:Rate: $32$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Contract-to-hire opportunity.Weekly pay, with access to benefits during contract period.Why Join Us?This is your chance to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing HR team and make an impact in a growing organization.
