Interim Strategic Financial Analyst

Interim Strategic Financial Analyst Responsibilities: Build and maintain dashboards and models to support forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking Deliver high-quality financial analysis to guide strategic planning, scenario modeling and executive decision-making Consolidate data from multiple systems and translate into clear insights and recommendations Partner with key stakeholders in finance, operations and leadership to align business performance metrics Contribute to the monthly close and reporting processes with accurate variance analysis and financial summaries Identify and recommend improvements to reporting tools, processes and data sources Interim Strategic Financial Analyst Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or business analytics roles Proficiency in Excel and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting and KPI tracking Familiarity with ERP and planning tools such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and contribute quickly in a hybrid environment Compensation is based on an hourly rate of $35-$48 per hour, depending on experience, skill set, and contract terms.
