Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Estimator at Cannatelli Builders Inc. located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing construction plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates. They will work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to gather information and ensure accurate estimates. The Estimator will also participate in bid preparation and review processes and assist in value engineering initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices
  • Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
