Finance Operations RoleFinance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health by overseeing the organization's accounting, tax, financial plans, and policies. It establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems, and safeguards the organization's assets. Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of core financial processes including pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable, and employee travel and expense.Responsibilities include:Serving as the primary contact for high-value accounts, addressing complex contract, membership, and pricing issues with detailed statistical reporting on changes.Ownership of in-depth audits to correct pricing accuracy, improve first time pricing accuracy (FTPA), and oversee contract-pricing dashboards to promptly address discrepancies.Coordinating with customer, suppliers, and internal CAH teams on high-impact projects, and leading strategic cross-functional initiatives relative to the customer experience.Overseeing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), meeting on-time deliverables, managing ad hoc requests, and devising strategies for challenging problems.Improving customer-CAH business relations by diagnosing critical customer issues in real time via WMS/CRMs such as SAP/BIA & Salesforce.Qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.4-8 years of pricing and/or contracts experience or similar work experience preferred.2+ years in a customer-facing capacity highly preferred.Experience with the following systems preferred:SAP/Business ObjectsSalesforceMS ExcelMS Vizio/Lucid ChartWhat is expected of you and others at this level includes:Applying comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects.May contribute to the development of policies and procedures.Works on complex projects of large scope.Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives.Completes work independently, receiving general guidance on new projects.Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives.May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.Anticipated salary range: $67,500-$96,300.
