Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events.
  • Marketing Materials: Help with ordering and managing marketing materials, ensuring all collateral is up-to-date and readily available.
  • Content Creation: Take pictures and film videos for social media content, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing and scheduling social media posts, engaging with the online community, and tracking social media performance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general support to the marketing team, including maintaining databases, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Content Review and Writing: Help reviewing and writing content for marketing materials


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish is highly desired.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Intermediary photography and videography skills.
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
