We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with salesforce platform experience to lead & execute key initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in an innovative environment & possess strong leadership skills to guide projects from ideation to completion.
Required skills include:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administrations, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management for enterprise-wide solutions.
- Proficient in SDLC methodologies, familiar with Jira, Confluence, & similar technologies
- 2+ years supporting projects related to Salesforce platform.
- Excellent leadership & communications skills.
- Bonus: Military background or PMP certified.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Lead & manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery & adherence to project milestones.
- Coordinate & motivate cross-functional teams while holding members accountable for deliverables.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate solutions with existing & new systems.
- Drive initiatives that may include enhancements to customer portals, automation, re-platforming salesforce & optimizing functionalities in technical ecosystem.
- Proactively identify risks & develop mitigation strategies.
- Effectively communicate project status & risks to stakeholders.
- Communicate with executives to keep project alignment with goals & deliverables.
