Job Summary:
Performing a variety of Human Resource tasks, clerical tasks, office support, reception tasks, and other related tasks as required
Develops and monitors plans of care for home and community-based clients and ensures consistent provision of quality services in keeping with client goals and objectives, agency philosophy, policies, and program requirements.
Assures services authorized in plan of care are in place and addressing clients’ functional and environmental needs; makes home visits as needed; assures excellent customer service.
Completes required Quarterly Reviews and Annual Assessments.
Continually reevaluates situations to identify additional needs of the individual, both functional and environmental, that are not addressed in the current care plan.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have an understanding of basic mathematics, proper telephone etiquette, standard types of office filing systems, and standard office equipment.
- Computer skills are also a necessity.
- Must possess the ability to work efficiently under pressure and change.
- Should be non-judgmental and willing to respect clients and co-workers as well.
- Have minimal understanding of Private Duty Non-Medical legislation and regulations or be willing to learn. (A plus, not mandatory).
- Must be willing to undergo an extensive criminal background check.
- A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
