Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:Intake process- scanning all titles into title vaultVerify and validate titles for title negotiabilityShip all sold vehicle titles via FedEx or USPS to clientResponsible for generating and fulfilling picklistResponsible for performing monthly title audit and reconciling audit discrepanciesResponsible for sorting and filing title inventoryQualifications:Minimum:High School Diploma/GED.Generally, less than 2 years of experience.Preferred:Must have strong organizational skills and be very detail oriented.Ability to type and use 10-key proficiently is preferred.Effective communication skills and strong customer service attitude is required.Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Work Environment: Office setting.Drug Testing: To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
